Our Design Philosophy
At Baffling Elderly Parents Designs, we believe that functionality and aesthetics are overrated. What's more important is creating a sense of confusion and bewilderment in our clients. Our designs are inspired by the chaotic, illogical world of our target demographic: elderly parents.
Our Core Principles
- Use as many font sizes and styles as possible to make it look like we're trying to convey important information, even if we're not.
- Make liberal use of the color RED because,ประก
- Employ a minimum of 5 different font families to ensure that our visitors' eyes water.
- Use the most complicated CSS ever created, with as many nested elements as humanly possible.
- Never, ever, use Lorem ipsum.
Our Design Process
- Start by giving the client a 3-hour presentation about how our design is the best thing since sliced bread.
- Follow up with 5 iterations of "just a few minor tweaks" before delivering a completely different design than what they asked for.
- Charge double the original price after the 5th iteration because, "well, you're getting what you paid for, aren't you?"
- Blame the client for not understanding the design when they complain.
