It all started with a simple love of Russian food, a pinch of Scandinavian chic, and a dash of existential dread.
Our founders, a motley crew of hipster expats, sought to bring the bleak, yet charming, aesthetic of Eastern Europe to the good people of the West.
We failed.
But our food is nice, though.
