Bean Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of chili powder
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
- Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cumin and chili powder, cook for 1 minute.
- Add the kidney beans, stir until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
