Amber Ale Connoisseur Notes

Today, I tasted the Barnacle Ale, a behemoth of a brew with a color palette that would put a sunset to shame.

Notes:

• Appearance: 8/10 - The pour was smooth, but the color was slightly too orange.
• Smell: 7/10 - Hints of citrus and a dash of disappointment.
• Taste: 9/10 - Balanced, but a tad too hoppy.

Overall, I'd give it 7.5/10 (out of 10). It's a good effort, but not quite up to my standards.
