Step 2: Develop a complex system of nested procrastination, complete with flowcharts and color-coded sticky notes.

Step 3: Declare, with utmost sincerity, "I'm just taking a 10-minute break... and also a 20-minute break... and also a 30-minute break... and... and...".

Step 4: Construct an elaborate justification for why you're not doing the task, even though you know you should be.
