Advanced Practice 3: Bend & Bow for the Utterly Confused

**WARNING: Do not attempt to bend without first bowing. Failure to do so will result in severe disappointment and possibly a bruised ego.**

**Step 1: Warm Up**

  1. Find a surface to bend, preferably one that won't judge you harshly (e.g., a yoga mat, a piece of paper, or a willing friend).
  2. Bend to the best of your ability, but not too far, or you might get a cramp in your... flexibility.
  3. Repeat as needed, but don't get too comfortable, or you might forget what you're doing.

**Step 2: Practice the Bow**

  1. Once you're comfortable with bending, it's time to add a bow.
  2. Start with a small bow, like a tiny, wobbly thing.
  3. Gradually increase your bowing range and control, but don't get too carried away.

**Tips and Variations**

For an extra challenge, try bending and bowing while wearing high heels or a tight corset. For a fun twist, add some music and pretend you're in a bad 80s music video.
