What is Mindfulness?

It's like, you know, being mindful of your surroundings, but also being aware of the universe and stuff.

You're like, "Oh, this tree is in the way, but also, the tree is, like, a part of the forest, man."

It's all about being present in the moment and not, like, judging the tree or anything.

But, like, what happens when you're not present? Do you just float away into space or something?
