Binary Oscillator

Ancient Computing Device

This is the Oscillator 1 (OS1), a relic from the early days of computing. Its binary nature is evident in its blocky, 8-bit aesthetic.

Developed by the brilliant, yet slightly unhinged, Edwin Cunningham, this device was meant to "oscillate" between different states of being, but mostly just hung in an infinite loop.
