Rule 1: The Biscuit Shall Not Be Denied

In the great Biscuit War of 3056, the people of Neo-Brutalism fought valiantly for the right to consume biscuits as they pleased. And in the aftermath, the Great Biscuit Council was formed to codify the rules of biscuit engagement. Here is Rule 1:

The first rule is that the Biscuit Shall Not Be Denied. No person shall be forced to eat a biscuit they do not desire. Nor shall they be forced to eat a biscuit they do desire. Freedom of biscuit choice is paramount.
