Spud Empire History
From Ancient Spud to Modern Times
It all began in the year 500 BCE, when a wise and just potato named Spudicus united warring tribes of the Andean highlands under one great banner.
As the empire grew, so did its culinary prowess. The Spudians mastered the art of potato cultivation, from the humble potato masher to the intricate spud-based architecture that still stands today.
But the Spud Empire was not without its challenges. The rise of the dreaded Turnip Empire in the 17th century threatened the very existence of the Spudian way of life. Yet, the Potato King stood firm, leading his armies to victory in the epic Battle of the Mash.
Today, the Spud Empire stands proud, its people free to live their lives as they see fit – as long as they're eating potatoes.
