Technique 4: Creative Expression

The fourth and final advanced technique in our Border Games series: Creative Expression. This technique requires a delicate balance of artistic skill and reckless abandon.

To master Creative Expression, you must learn to think outside the box. Literally. We're talking avant-garde, surrealist, and possibly even Surrealist levels of unorthodox border design.

Here's a simple exercise to get you started:

1. Start with a blank canvas.
2. Draw a border around a completely random shape.
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 until you've achieved the desired level of Surrealist confusion.
