- Step 1: Find a Sidewalk (or a sidewalk, we won't judge)
- Step 2: Breathe. Deeply.
- Step 3: Watch your feet. Watch your surroundings. Watch your thoughts. Watch your neighbor's cat. (They're probably judging you too.)
