Our brand identity is a mess. Like, seriously, it's a mess. We've been trying to "reinvent" ourselves for years, but all we've managed to do is create a confusing jumble of half-hearted attempts at being trendy.

Let's face it, folks, we're a hot mess of confusion and despair. Our brand identity is a never-ending cycle of "we should be more like [insert trendy brand here]" followed by "no, wait, we should be more like [insert other trendy brand here]". It's a never-ending merry-go-round of self-doubt and desperation.
