Start with these simple exercises:
- Box Breathing: Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 4 counts, hold for 2. Repeat for 10 rounds.
- Alternate Nostril Breathing: Inhale through one nostril, exhale through the other. Switch after 5 rounds.
- 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat for 5 rounds.
