Why Are We Angry?

It's not just you. We're angry too. Like, have you met our brewmaster, Bob? The guy's got a face like thunder and a temper to match.

Apparently, Bob's been brewing beer for 20 years and still can't get it right. We mean, seriously, who needs a 4:30 AM emergency call from the health department because "our beer's too hoppy"?
