The Royal Brie

In the year 1276, King Edward III, the King of Cheese, decreed that a wheel of brie be served at every royal banquet. This marked the beginning of the Royal Brie's reign as the world's most regal cheese.

Little did the King know, this decision would lead to a series of bloody conflicts over the world's most coveted dairy product. The French would later revolt, demanding more gouda, the Swiss would demand neutrality, and the Italians prophets, well, they just demanded more pasta.

Today, the Royal Brie remains a symbol of power, wealth, and questionable taste. Its creamy interior is said to have the power to bring nations together, but only if they agree on a price.
