Escalation Protocol
Level 1: Initial Contact
When encountering a problem, please follow these steps:
- Fill out Form 27-B: "Problem Report" in triplicate, using 12-point font and black ink.
- Submit Form 27-B to the designated authority figure (usually someone in Accounting).
- Wait 47 business days for a response.

Remember, escalation is a serious process. Please do not attempt to bypass or shortcut any steps. Doing so will result in further delays and/or additional forms.
