Section 27-B/6/0: The Preamble to a Prolonged Preamble
Whereas, the Bureaucracy has deemed it necessary to create yet another labyrinthine appendage to the already Byzantine labyrinth of our esteemed institution, we, the Bureaucratic Overlords, do hereby ordain this treatise as the supreme guide to navigating the treacherous waters of our most esoteric appendices.
By the power vested in us, we do declare that this appendix shall be the sole and unchallenged arbiter of all matters pertaining to the aforementioned appendices, and that all who seek to challenge its veracity shall be cast into the depths of the Bureaucratic abyss.
