Committee on Unnecessary Spending

Minutes from the Budget Meeting

Meeting called for the purpose of discussing the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Present were:

• The Chairman of the Committee (aka Bob)
• The Vice-Chairman of the Committee (aka Steve)
• Various other members of the Committee

The meeting started at 9:00 AM and lasted for approximately 3 hours.

It was decided that the committee would allocate 75% of the budget to the "Department of Redundant Paperclips" and 12% to the "Department of Unnecessary Coffee Makers".

A heated debate ensued when it was suggested that 1% be allocated to the "Department of Real Change" but was quickly shot down by the Chairman.
