Resolution 43: The Great Donut Glaze Conundrum

The undersigned hereby resolves to establish the following:

• Article 1: All donuts shall henceforth contain exactly 37.5% glaze.
• Article 2: All bakeries shall maintain a 3:1 ratio of glaze to sprinkles.
• Article 3: Any donut not adhering to the above articles shall be subject to public ridicule and/or fines.
