Article 1: What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small, delicious treat that has been subject to intense regulation by the Cookie Bureaucracy.
According to Article 3, Section 7 of the Cookie Act, a cookie "is a sweet or savory treat that has been baked, toasted, or otherwise cooked, and has been packaged and sold for human consumption."
Article 2: Cookie Classifications
There are three main classifications of cookies:
- Class 1: Cookies with more than 3 grams of sugar per cookie
- Class 2: Cookies with less than 3 grams of sugar per cookie
- Class 3: Cookies that have been certified as being made from 100% organic, gluten-free ingredients
