Bureaucratic Red Tape:

The following forms are required to be filled out in triplicate, in quadruplicate, and in non-replicate:

• Form 345-B/6: Application for a permit to do absolutely nothing.
• Form 27-D/9: Request for clarification on the meaning of 'yes' or 'no'.
• Form 42-G/4: Petition for a meeting to discuss the meaning of 'no meeting'.
