Step 1: Fill out the form in triplicate.
- Print out 5 copies of the form on your favorite color paper.
- Sign each copy with your non-repudiable pen.
- Submit all copies to the correct department, but not before you've had your morning coffee.
Step 2: Wait in line for 3 hours.
- Stand in line behind the other 47 people who also didn't have their morning coffee.
- Make small talk with your neighbors, but not too small, or you might get sent to the back of the line.
- Wonder why the forms are still not being processed after 3 hours.
Step 3: Receive a call from a representative who will explain everything to you.
- Answer "no" to every question the representative asks, and watch the conversation devolve into chaos.
- Refuse to speak to anyone who asks you to speak to them on the phone.
- Get a new representative who will explain the same thing to you, because who needs consistency, anyway?
