Phase Two: The Dark Ages (circa 1985-1995)
Welcome to the Department 42, Phase Two. This period marked a significant shift in our department's approach to bureaucracy. Gone were the days of flowcharts and organizational charts. In their place, we had an endless sea of beige cubicles and pointless meetings.
It was a time of great innovation, as our team of highly trained professionals (and one guy named Bob who just kinda showed up one day) worked tirelessly to create the perfect system of unnecessary redundancy and inefficiency.
