You must wait 30 minutes for your request to be processed. This is not negotiable. Do not attempt to bypass the system, or you will be subject to further delays and possibly a stern talking-to by our highly trained and utterly unhelpful bureaucrats.
However, if you're feeling particularly impatient, you can try waiving your right to a prompt response and risking a 50% chance of having your request expedited. Or not.
