What We Do

As the Design prophets of the Bureaucracy, our team is tasked with the weighty responsibility of making sure all forms are in triplicate, all reports are in triplicate with an extra page for the memo, and all meetings are scheduled to last exactly 4 hours and 22 minutes.

We're the gatekeepers of the Bureaucratic style: bold, bright, and completely bewildering to anyone without a Ph.D. in Red Tape.

Our mission: to make the Bureaucracy look as good as it looks bad.

Mission Statement, circa 1982

To craft a culture of Byzantine complexity, where every process is a labyrinth of bureaucratic red tape.
