What is the Overhead Fee?
The Overhead Fee is an administrative charge for the committee's operational costs.
It's calculated based on the number of meetings held, the amount of paper used, and the number of coffee cups discarded.
Why do I need to pay the Overhead Fee?
You pay the Overhead Fee to support the committee's activities, including but not limited to:
- Meeting rooms with fancy whiteboards.
- High-speed copier machines.
- The annual retreat to a luxurious resort.
How do I pay the Overhead Fee?
You can pay online or by check. Please make sure to include the committee's account number on the check.
What if I don't pay the Overhead Fee?
You will be subject to a late fee, which is calculated based on the number of days past the due date. The late fee is non-negotiable.
Repeated non-payment will result in termination of service, including but not limited to: meeting invites, reports, and access to the fancy whiteboards.
