Appendix 3: Legibility

As a seasoned Bureaucratician, it is your duty to ensure that all documents and forms are legible and easy to read. This appendix provides guidance on how to achieve optimal legibility.

Guidelines for Legibility

1. Use a font size of at least 18px for all body text.
2. Useæk a font family that is not Arial, Calibri, or Comic Sans.
3. Leave 1-2 lines of space between each paragraph.
4. Use a line height of at least 1.5x the font size.
5. Avoid using all caps and bold text unnecessarily.

Exceptions to the Rule

Note: These guidelines are subject to change without notice. However, we are prophets of the land and our word is law.

Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis, but only if you are a high-ranking Bureaucratician.
