Agreement between the Smitter Corporation and the Specialist

By signing this form, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• You will not touch any Smitter equipment with your bare hands.
• You will wear Smitter-approved gloves when handling Smitter equipment.
• You will not look at the Smitter logo with your eyes.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of your Smitter Specialist contract.
