		<p>As stated in Article 5, Subsection 7, "All SMITTER SPECIALISTS shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement shall result in penalties including but not limited to:</p>
		<ul>
			<li>Revocation of SMITTER SPECIALIST status</li>
			<li>Confiscation of all SMITTER SPECIALIST equipment</li>
			<li>Fines of up to 100,000 space credits</li>
		</ul>
