Bureaucracy
A vast and complex system of government, administration, or business, characterized by an excessive number of levels and an endless supply of forms.
Red Tape
A metaphorical or physical obstacle, often bureaucratic in nature, that prevents the completion of a task or project.
Bureaucratic Efficiency
The speed at which a well-oiled machine can process an application for a permit, or other such tasks.
