Employee Benefits: Workout Routine - Leg Day (HR: Optional Routine)
Because squatting on your desk chair all day is not enough. Our company offers a comprehensive workout routine designed to make your legs stronger than our CEO's personality.
Warm-up Routine (10 minutes)
- March in place while reading HR policy documents
- Do 5 sets of 10 jumping jacks to simulate the thrill of waiting in line for coffee
- Do 5 sets of 10 squats to simulate the feeling of being trapped in a meeting
Squat Routine (30 minutes)
- Do 3 sets of 20 squats to build leg strength
- Do 5 sets of 15 lunges to simulate the pain of trying to get to the copier
- Do 5 sets of 15 deadlifts to simulate the feeling of lugging a stack of TPS reports to the conference room
