Bureaucratic Jargon

Noun: A collection of obscure, overly complicated words used by middle-management types to sound important.

Example:

• "The synergy between our team members has increased productivity by 3.4%." (Translation: "We're all working really hard now.")
• "We've implemented a robust paradigm to streamline our process." (Translation: "We made some fancy PowerPoint charts.")
• "The stakeholders are aligned with our vision for a paradigm shift." (Translation: "The boss wants us to make a lot of money.")
