Federal Directive 3456: Mandatory Fun on Fridays

By order of the Ministry of Mirth, all employees are required to spend at least 30 minutes each day engaging in frivolous activities.

Examples include:

• Playing the harmonica during lunch breaks
• Wearing funny hats on Tuesdays (but not Thursdays)
• Whistling show tunes in the elevator

Failure to comply will result in a series of increasingly severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Reassignment to the "Bureaucratic Red Tape" department
• Loss of parking privileges for one week
• Forced viewing of an endless loop of corporate training videos
