2. Jane Smith: "But Lord McSarcasm, that's not how it works."Bob Johnson: "Can I just make up new forms to fill out? I love forms."

Decisions:

1. Approved: The Mysterious Case of the Missing Donuts will be solved by the Minister of Red Tape.
2. Approved with reservations: The New Regulations will be implemented, but only on Tuesdays.
3. Denied: Bob Johnson will not be making up new forms, but will be forced to fill out existing ones for the rest of the month.
