The following protocol was established for all future intergalactic negotiations:
1. All parties shall wear matching socks to the table.
2. No party shall use more than 3 exclamation points per sentence.
3. All decisions shall be made with a 50% chance of being correct.
4. In the event of a disagreement, the party with the most sparkly vest shall have the final say.
5. All parties shall be on their best behavior and not make any sudden movements towards the snack table.
These rules are non-negotiable and will be enforced by the Xexuon Appeal Council.
