Step 3: Filling out Form 27-B/6 in Triplicate

By law, all citizens are required to print this document on both sides of 14-point Times New Roman font paper, then sign it in triplicate. Failure to do so will result in penalties, fines, and/or forced participation in our patented "Bureaucratic Reeducation Program".

• Step 3.1: Obtain 3 pens, each with a minimum of 5 working nibs
• Step 3.2: Sign each pen with your full name, address, and a brief statement of purpose (max 250 words)
• Step 3.3: Have 3 trusted friends witness and sign their own copies of the form, attesting to your good character
• Step 3.4: Staple the 9 copies of the form together, creating a 3-inch thick document
