• Item 2: Discuss the merits of increasing the length of the meeting minutes to include more verbose verbiage.
• Item 3: Consider the implementation of a new, more efficient filing system for all departmental reports.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 15:47 due to a lack of progress on the aforementioned action items and the general feeling of ennui amongst the attendees.
