By Order of the Supreme Bureaucrat, it is hereby decreed that:
Section 7, Subsection 3, Paragraph 1 of the Official Bureaucratic Code shall be revised to read:
"Any attempts to question the authority of the Bureaucracy shall be met with severe penalties, including but not limited to:
Forfeiture of all rights and privileges
Immediate reassignment to the department of 'Extreme Menial Labor'
And/or forced viewing of our official 12-hour video presentation of 'The History of the Glorious Bureaucracy'
All of which shall be carried out with the utmost swiftness and expediency, lest you wish to incur the wrath of the Great and Powerful Bureaucratic Apparatus
