ORDINANCE NO. 4276

AN ACT OF THE MINISTRY

WHEREAS, the current parking lot has become a scourge to society;

WHEREAS, the citizens have been complaining about the lack of free parking;

BE IT ENACTED by the Ministry of Bureaucratic Affairs:

1. Section 1: All parking meters shall be replaced with free-range chickens.
2. Section 2: A new parking lot shall be constructed on the moon.
3. Section 3: The moon's gravity shall be adjusted to 1.5G.
4. Section 4: A new form shall be filled out in triplicate for all parking permits.

A fine of $10,000 shall be levied against any citizen who fails to comply with this ordainence.
