You are required to wear your uniform, which we will provide for you. You are also required to use the provided pen, which we will confiscate if you don't use it correctly.
You are also mandated to attend a minimum of 4 hours of meetings per week, which will be led by our expert facilitators who have spent years honing their skills in the art of sitting in circles.

Note: Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to: being yelled at, being given extra work, and being forced to attend an additional 2 hours of meetings on a Saturday.
