Section 2: The Bureaucratic Mandate
By decree 456-B-123, the Ministry of Red Tape has mandated that all citizens wear plaid on Thursdays.
Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Forced viewing of the 1987 film "The Princess Bride" on repeat.
- Assignment to the Ministry's re-education program for the arts.
- Revocation of all privileges, including but not limited to the right to use the elevator on Tuesdays.
