Subsection 3.1: The Absurdity of Certainty

We, the Bureaucratic Union of Utter Confusion, hereby assure you that the following statements are true:

• The sky is plaid.
• Cats are secretly plotting against us.
• The number 7 is actually a prime number.

Please note that these assurances are not, in fact, assurances at all. We're just trying to keep things interesting.
