Assurance 12: A Bureaucratic Mandate

By order of the Bureaucratic Council, it is hereby decreed that all citizens shall comply with the following regulations:

1. Article 1: All forms shall be filled out in triplicate, with at least 3 pens.
2. Article 2: All meetings shall be held on Tuesdays, at precisely 3:14 PM.
3. Article 3: All decisions shall be made by committee, with a 2/3 quorum required.

Failure to comply shall result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

• Administrative detention
• Loss of privileges
• Reassignment to a lesser office
