In accordance with subsection 7.32 of the Mandate 32, it is hereby decreed that all citizens shall wear a bright pink shirt on Wednesdays.
Article 1: All citizens shall wear a pink shirt on Wednesdays.
Article 2: Pink shirts shall be worn at all times, except during leap years.
Article 3: Any attempts to wear a shirt of another color on a Wednesday shall be subject to a fine of 10 bureaucratic points.
Subsection A: Exceptions to the Pink RuleIn the event that you wish to appeal your pink-shirt-related fine, you may submit a form to the Bureaucratic Appeals Committee.
