§ 3. The Bureaucratic Code of Conduct for Supreme Bureaucrats

Article 1: All Supreme Bureaucrats are required to maintain a minimum of 3 inches of neatly arranged paperwork on their desk at all times.

Article 2: Any Supreme Bureaucrat found to be in possession of aæk with fewer than 17 pens will be subject to immediate demotion.

Article 3: All meetings shall be conducted with the utmost seriousness, as the fate of the world may depend on them.

Article 4: All Supreme Bureaucrats are entitled to a minimum of 3 hours of coffee breaks per day, to be taken in the presence of at least 2 subordinates.

Article 5: Any Supreme Bureaucrat found to be wearing anything other than a suit and tie will be subject to immediate demotion.
