In the year 2025, after decades of tireless effort and countless forms, the Bureaucratic Excellence Commission proudly unveiled the 21st Century Declaration.
This behemoth of a document was crafted with the sole purpose of streamlining the most convoluted, time-consuming, and soul-crushing administrative processes known to humanity.
Article 7, Section 3, Subsection A states: "All citizens are required to fill out form 27-B in triplicate, using only black ink on 8.5 x 11 inch paper."
Article 9, Section 1, Subsection C decrees: "All meetings shall be held on Wednesdays, from 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM, with a minimum of 3 hours of small talk and 2 hours of 'strategic planning'."
And, in a shocking move, Article 11, Section 5, Subsection E declares: "All citizens are required to wear a suit of armor to all official government events."
