Declaration 10: The Right to be Mildly Amused

Article 10 of the 21st Century Bureaucratic Code of Ethics, Article 10: The Right to be Mildly Amused.

A. The Right to be Slightly Entertained

Every citizen shall be guaranteed the right to be mildly amused, whether it be through the watching of cat videos, the playing of mildly entertaining video games, or the reading of humorous memes.

B. The Duty to be Slightly Informed

Every citizen shall be informed, through the medium of television, of at least 2 hours of mildly entertaining programming, and at least 1 hour of news.

C. The Freedom to be Mildly Confused

Citizens shall have the freedom to hold mildly absurd beliefs, and to hold those beliefs in a mildly confused manner.
