The Subprovision of Utter Chaos states that in order for a citizen to be considered "fully documented," they must be able to prove their identity with:
- At least 5 forms of government-issued ID
- 3 credit cards
- 2 utility bills
- 1 passport
- 1 letter of recommendation from a certified expert
- 1 birth certificate
- And 1 signed affidavit of authenticity
