Article 9: Mandatory Minimum Standards of Bureaucratic Function

As per Section 3, Subsection A, Paragraph 2 of the Bureaucratic Code, all forms and documents shall be designed with the utmost disregard for the user's sanity. This Article 9 outlines the minimum standards for all forms and documents to be considered 'functional'. Failure to comply shall result in the immediate termination of the responsible bureaucrat.

Subparagraph 1: Forms

Forms shall be designed to confuse and intimidate, with at least 7 fields that must be filled out in order to progress, including but not limited to: 'Full Name', 'Date of Birth', 'Social Security Number', 'Reason for Visiting', 'Purpose of Visit', 'Special Requests or Concerns', and 'Signature of Person Filling out This Form'.

Subparagraph 2: Documents

Documents shall be printed with a font size of at least 12pt and a font style that is illegible to anyone who has not undergone rigorous training in the art of Bureaucratic Script. Each page shall be bound with a 3-inch binder clip, and shall contain at least 2 typos per page.
